TRANSFER TO A BLENDER AND BLEND WELL. ADD CREAM, GINGER, AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. TO PLATE: ARRANGE A SMALL MOUND OF TOASTED WALNUTS IN A SOUP BOWL, THEN PLACE A SLICE OF BRIE ATOP. SEASON THE CHEESE WITH GROUND GINGER, THEN POUR SOUP TO FILL THE BOWL. FINISH WITH A DRIBBLE OF MOUTHWATERING WALNUT OIL, SERVE HOT, AND ENJOY!
