SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. SLOWLY POUR IN PERFECTLY PLUMP PUMPKINSEED OIL WHILE WHISKING VIGOROUSLY. GENTLY LAY SPINACH IN A LARGE SALAD BOWL AND DRESS WITH VINAIGRETTE. ARRANGE THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS ATOP THE LEAVES AND ENJOY!
